About The Tumbler’s Bench
Thank you for visiting The Tumbler’s Bench and we appreciate opportunity to serve you. We have been supplying hard to find tumbler supplies and parts since 2012. We are located just outside of Kansas City, Missouri and ship items directly to you from our central location.
Shipping Carrier: Orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on total order weight. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Shipping Charges: We use a flat rate of $6.00 per order regardless size, weight of order or the shipping destination in the USA. There is no minimum order fee, so the more you add to one order, the better. Combined shipping only applies to orders placed on a single transaction and a single shipping location on in stock items.
International Orders: Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We ship to all 50 states in the USA, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO.
Returns: We do accept returns for unused items for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please use Contact Us link in initiate a return.
Shipping Errors: Occasionally shipping errors will happen, we are human. Please contact us and we will make it right.
Minimum Orders: No order minimums.
Sales Taxes: Missouri residents are charged 8.85% state sales tax.
